NSPR has made so much progress towards Pharmacists leveraging their full scope of expertise to benefit the public, that the dictionary definition of ‘Pharmacist’ is no longer accurate. So on World Pharmacists Day, we made an official submission to change the definition of “Pharmacist”. And then we shared it on Billboards, Posters, and a Microsite. And as a result of our campaign, the Oxford Dictionary took a step in the right direction to revise the definition for the first time in 20 years, helping us further prove that Pharmacists can do so much more than just count pills.
