NSCDA is recruiting more Career Development Professionals, a job where you get to help other people find meaningful careers. It’s purpose-driven work with a lot of other benefits you might not get at your typical entry-level job.

So to reach their younger target audience we launched a campaign called Timestamps to stop binge watchers in their tracks. We scoured hundreds of TV shows for 20+ Timestamps that would allow us to highlight the reasons why a career as a CCDP is a great option. A creative strategy forcing people to engage with our ads (and take photos).
